Access to Media Education Society (AMES)

Access to Media Education Society (AMES): Coordinators

Smoke Screen 2 has been designed and delivered by the Access to Media Education Society (AMES).

AMES is a registered non-profit dedicated to helping people cultivate individual, group and mass communications skills. Since our inception in 1996, over 350 socially and economically disenfranchised youth have created a total of 150 short films, videos, public service announcements (PSAs) during our programs.

AMES is essentially about helping youth people who are marginalized by mainstream society and mainstream media to acquire the skills and confidence to go behind the camera and take centre-stage.
