The Camera zooms in on a girl drumming and the question is asked "Which one of these girls smokes?" The girls disappear one by one and then the audience is surprised to find out that "None of them smoke” and that "Cool Doesn't Come in a Pack".

This PSA is about young girls and smoking. The purpose is to show how ridiculous it looks to smoke, especially at such a young age. 3 preteen girls try to look "hot" by attempting to smoke. In fact, it is displayed that smoking is not cool by showing the young smokers being ridiculed.
